Do you accept walk-in?
Yes, on first come, first serve basis. We accommodate walk-ins ONLY IF there is an available slot as we prioritize those who book online.
You may wait for a slot to be available, but we encourage booking ahead of time via online booking for your convenience.
Do you allow rescheduling?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment for free ONLY IF you let us know a day in advance.
If changes are needed on the day of the shoot or if it's your 2nd reschedule, a Php 200 rebooking fee applies for Non pro packages. Php 500 for rebooking fee for PRO and NEWBORN packages.
To avoid this, please double-check your reserved time before sending your booking form.
REMINDER: When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. It means we have reserved the slot exclusively for you.
What time should I arrive and what is your late policy?
Your session starts at the reserved time. We'll wait for a maximum of 10 minutes.
If you're late, your session will still end according to the reserved time slot to avoid delays for the next client.

Where are you located and what are your operating hours?
San Carlos Branch:
Ground floor S&R Hotel and Arcade Building, Padilla St., San Carlos City, Philippines.
We are open from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
Rosales Branch: 9am to 6pm

How do I book a photo session?
You can book your session through our website: akaistudioph.com
Alternatively, you can message us on our FB page (Akai Studio) and fill up our manual booking form
Do you require downpayments?
YES: Php 200 DP required for AKAI SELF PORTRAIT PACKAGES.
Php 400 DP required for ADD ON THEME or AKAI PRO PACKAGES.
All downpayments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Change of schedule is allowed depending on slot availability.
Can I bring my own props?
Yes, you are free to bring any props that are not dangerous.
Are pets allowed inside the studio?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly studio. Just make sure your fur babies are on their leash and in a diaper.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
PLEASE NOTE:
If you cancel or fail to show up on the booked session date, the downpayment will be automatically forfeited. (NO REFUND)
Delivery and Timing
Soft copies: Sent via AirDrop/Google Drive within:
• 1-2 days for self-portraits
• 1-3 days for little toes packages and creatives
• 2-5 days for professional portraits
What services do you offer?
We are a Self-portrait Studio.
We also offer <b>PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY</b> and Events on a scheduled basis.
How does Self-Portrait work?
During the photo session, you'll use a remote to take photo/s and a screen monitor to review your images.
You have the freedom to be creative and pose at your own pace and convenience.
(Optional: If Photo assistance is requested, additional charges apply.)
Do you have a professional Photographer?
YES, only on a scheduled basis. Please select under AKAI PRO PACKAGES and NEWBORN PACKAGES.
